Product description

ABB’s Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) are advanced, AI‑enhanced transport systems designed to move materials safely, efficiently, and fully autonomously across a wide range of industrial environments. Built for modern intralogistics, ABB AMRs deliver smarter, safer, and more flexible material flow solutions that help manufacturers, logistics providers, and production facilities boost operational efficiency and competitiveness.

Designed with industry‑leading navigation, safety architecture, and intuitive software tools, ABB’s AMRs operate seamlessly alongside people, machines, and other robots. They rely on intelligent technologies such as AI‑powered Visual SLAM navigation, 3D vision, and user‑friendly AMR Studio programming software—enabling fast deployment, dynamic path planning, and precise positioning without the need for additional infrastructure.

The ABB AMR portfolio includes:

  • Flexley Tug Series – Compact and intuitive tugger AMRs capable of pulling trolleys or moving multiple loads up to 2 tons, ideal for material handling and kitting operations.
  • Flexley Mover Series – Platform AMRs designed for transporting palletized goods and components with payload capacities between 600 kg and 1500 kg, offering full versatility for production line automation and workstation connectivity.
  • Flexley Stack Series – Advanced autonomous forklifts that lift pallets and containers from floor level to heights up to 8.5 meters, delivering robust performance for warehousing and inbound/outbound logistics.

Across the entire range, ABB’s AMRs combine advanced autonomy, modular design, and scalable fleet management to enable flexible, future‑ready intralogistics—delivering high performance, reduced commissioning time, and seamless integration into connected industrial ecosystems.
